Receta de pan de chocolate

En Cooking Tree, el pan de chocolate está en el menú y te mostraremos cómo hacerlo desde cero.

Puse chispas de chocolate y las enrollé para hacer un pan de chocolate pequeño y lindo.
Lo dividí en trozos pequeños y los horneé en un molde rectangular largo.

Puedes agregar o quitar las chispas de chocolate que le pusiste dentro según tu gusto, pero si agregas demasiado, el chocolate se derrite y al cortarlo queda un gran espacio entre el pan.

Puedes amasarlo a mano, pero tengo malas muñecas, así que utilicé la función de masa de la panificadora.
No contiene mucho chocolate, por lo que es lo suficientemente dulce para comer, y la textura del pan es viva, por lo que es masticable y pegajoso.

El chocolate se puede endurecer cuando está frío, por eso creo que lo mejor es comer este pan mientras está tibio o calentado.

INGREDIENTES:

  • 200 g de harina de pan
  • 4g de levadura seca
  • 4g de sal
  • 15 g de azúcar
  • 15 g de cacao en polvo
  • 170 g de leche tibia
  • 15 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 60 g de chispas de chocolate

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Haga 3 surcos en la harina para pan, ponga levadura seca, sal y azúcar en cada surco, mezcle con la harina y mezcle bien. Agrega el cacao en polvo y mezcla.
  2. Poner la harina en la panificadora, agregar la leche tibia y amasar durante unos 10 minutos con la función amasar hasta formar una bola.
  3. Agregue mantequilla blanda sin sal y amase durante unos 15 minutos hasta que quede suave, forme una bola con la masa untada con aceite, cubra con film transparente y fermente a temperatura ambiente (27-28 grados) durante 1 hora.
  4. Escurrir el gas y dividir la masa en 5 partes, darle forma redonda, cubrir con film transparente y fermentar a temperatura ambiente durante 15 minutos.
  5. Suelta el gas de la masa y extiéndela largamente, luego agrega chispas de chocolate, enróllala y ponla en un molde, cúbrela con film transparente y fermenta a temperatura ambiente hasta que doble su tamaño.
  6. Hornea en horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 15 minutos, luego desmolda y aplica mantequilla derretida sin sal.
