En Cooking Tree, estamos sirviendo un delicioso pastel de crepe de batata y te mostraremos cómo hacerlo desde cero.

¡Hice un pastel de crepé de batata colocando capas de crema dulce y crepes masticables hechos con batatas frescas!
Hice un pastel de crepes porque quería hacer un pastel un poco diferente al habitual pastel de boniato.

Me pareció mucho más sabroso que solo un pastel~ ¡Estaba realmente delicioso incluso si lo comía frío!
Creo que sería mejor que ajustaras la miel de la crema de boniato según el nivel de azúcar del boniato que estés utilizando.

Le pongo muchas batatas a la crema, para que tenga una sensación de peso y se derrita en la boca, así que sigo poniendo mis manos en ella~*^^* Requiere mucho tiempo y esfuerzo, pero

INGREDIENTES:

Crepe:

  • 4 huevos
  • 50 g de azúcar
  • una pizca de sal
  • 200 g de harina para repostería
  • 500ml de leche
  • 70 g de mantequilla sin sal derretida

Crema de boniato:

  • 400 g de boniato cocido
  • 100 g de nata para montar
  • 40g de miel
  • Nata montada (300 g de nata para montar + 25 g de azúcar)
  • Nata montada decorativa (70 g de nata para montar + 7 g de azúcar)
  • Hoja de bizcocho en polvo

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Batir los huevos, agregar el azúcar y la sal, mezclar, luego agregar la harina blanda tamizada y 1/2 leche y mezclar.
  2. Agrega el resto de la leche y la mantequilla derretida, mezcla, tamiza por un colador y deja reposar a temperatura ambiente durante unos 30 minutos.
  3. Vierte la masa en una sartén calentada a fuego lento y extiéndela finamente. Cuando suban las burbujas, darle la vuelta y hornear un poco más, luego retirar del molde para que se enfríe.
  4. Corta las crepes enfriadas en un molde de 15 cm.
  5. Mezcle la batata hervida, la nata fresca y la miel y tamice a través de un colador.
  6. Mezclar con crema batida.
  7. Colocar la crepe en un plato giratorio y aplicar una fina crema de boniato. acumular repetidamente
  8. Crema suave de boniato por encima y por los lados.
  9. Mojar la cara de la lámina de bizcocho en polvo y decorar con nata montada, crema de boniato, rodajas de boniato cocido y azúcar glass.
