En Cooking Tree, estamos sirviendo un delicioso pastel de fresas y te mostraremos cómo hacerlo desde cero.

Hice un bizcocho de crema batida de fresas con una sensación encantadora y un color que combina bien con las fresas.

Le puse mermelada de fresa tamizada y la cubrí con crema batida, ¡y la crema estaba realmente deliciosa!
Puse muchas fresas cortadas por la mitad y las usé para decorar la parte superior.

Es bueno comer con sábana y nata ya que es pequeño.
Lo decoré con crema batida fina, pero era como crema glaseada, así que pude sentir el sabor de la crema batida mucho más abundantemente~^^

Este es un pastel realmente delicioso que sabe y se ve delicioso~

Ingredients

  • 140 g de huevo
  • 100 g de azúcar
  • 10 g de jarabe de maíz
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 90 g de harina para repostería
  • 25 g de mantequilla sin sal derretida
  • 40g de leche

Crema batida de fresas:

  • 300 g de nata para montar
  • 100 g de mermelada de fresa
  • Un poco de colorante rojo.

Crema batida decorativa:

aproximadamente 60~70% batido

  • 60 g de nata para montar
  • 6 g de azúcar

Instructions

  1. Coloque el huevo, el azúcar y el almíbar de almidón en una olla con agua caliente y revuelva para elevar la temperatura a 40 grados, luego retírelo de la olla.
  2. Agregue el extracto de vainilla y bata con una batidora de mano hasta que se forme una rica espuma de color marfil.
  3. Tamizar la harina blanda y mezclar, luego agregar un poco de masa a la mantequilla derretida y la leche (50-60 grados) y mezclar.
  4. Coloque la masa mezclada en la masa principal, mezcle, vierta en el molde del horno, elimine las burbujas de aire y hornee en un horno precalentado a 180 grados durante unos 30 minutos.
  5. Dejar enfriar, cortar la parte superior, cortar en 3 trozos y cortar en moldes de 15 cm para preparar.
  6. Poner una lámina en un plato giratorio, poner mermelada de fresa sin semillas por un colador, aplicar nata montada, poner fresas y aplicar la nata. Repita una vez más.
  7. Pon la última hoja encima y aplica la crema por toda la zona y el glaseado.
  8. Vierta entre un 60% y un 70% de crema batida fina y decore con fresas y manzana y menta.
