Pastel de chocolate con té verde (Matcha)

En Cooking Tree, el pastel de chocolate con té verde ( matcha ) está en el menú y le mostraremos cómo hacerlo desde cero.

Hice un pastel lleno de sabor a té verde glaseando la hoja del pastel de té verde con chocolate de té verde y crema batida ~

La crema batida derretida con chocolate y té verde es más suave y fragante que la crema fresca, por lo que es deliciosa y sabrosa ~^^

El té verde se usó en todo, desde la hoja hasta la crema y las decoraciones, pero el aroma del té verde no era fuerte y era suave, así que pude disfrutarlo sin ninguna carga.

Es un glaseado con un fuerte sabor a té verde ya que está decorado con un glaseado de color té verde oscuro en la parte superior, además de un color fuerte.

Es suave, húmedo y fragante, por lo que es bueno comerlo cuando quieras cambiar de humor.

Ingredients

  • 155 g de huevo
  • 110 g de azúcar
  • 10g de miel
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 28 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 45g de leche
  • 100 g de harina para repostería
  • 5 g de té verde en polvo
  • 70 g de chocolate con té verde
  • 6 g de té verde en polvo
  • 300g Nata montada_montada 50% (+10g azúcar)
  • 30g de chocolate blanco
  • 2 g de té verde en polvo
  • 10 g de nata para montar caliente
  • 7 g de jarabe de maíz
  • 1 g de hoja de gelatina (o gelatina en polvo)
  • Jarabe de azucar

Instructions

  1. Coloque un tazón de huevos en una olla con agua caliente, agregue azúcar, miel y extracto de vainilla y revuelva hasta que la temperatura alcance los 40 grados.
  2. Batir con una batidora de mano hasta que se forme una rica espuma de color marfil. Tamizar la harina blanda y el té verde en polvo y mezclar.
  3. Poner un poco de masa en un bol con mantequilla derretida sin sal y leche (temperatura 50-60 grados), mezclar, poner en la masa principal, mezclar, verter en un molde de 18 cm y hornear en un horno precalentado a 170 grados durante 40 minutos.
  4. Después de enfriar, cortar la parte superior, cortar en 4 trozos y cortar en moldes de 15 cm.
  5. Derrita el chocolate con té verde en un baño de agua caliente, agregue el té verde en polvo, mezcle, agregue a la crema batida al 50% y mezcle para hacer una crema de chocolate con té verde.
  6. Poner 1 hoja en la rueda, espolvorear con almíbar y nata, luego poner otra hoja encima. Repita 2 veces más.
  7. Unte la crema sobre la parte superior y los lados del pastel y el glaseado.
  8. Derrita un bol de chocolate blanco en una olla con agua caliente, agregue té verde en polvo y mezcle.
  9. Agregue la crema batida caliente y el almíbar de almidón, mezcle, agregue la gelatina remojada en agua fría durante unos 10 minutos, mezcle, filtre por un colador y coloque en una manga pastelera.
  10. Espolvorea (9) encima del pastel y espolvorea con azúcar en polvo y té verde en polvo para terminar.
