¡Hice un divertido pastel de chocolate con fresas apilando pastel de chocolate con fresas!
Lo vi en las redes sociales y pensé que era una idea divertida, así que lo hice, pero fue lindo poder hacerlo como un pastel de manera fácil y conveniente.

Creo que es más fácil comer un trozo a la vez porque los trozos se cortan y se apilan.
Al apilar los pasteles, use fresas para mantener el equilibrio y poder apilarlos de manera estable.

Ingredients

  • 4 huevos
  • 90 g de azúcar
  • 1g de sal
  • 3g de extracto de vainilla
  • 40g de leche
  • 30 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 15 g de cacao en polvo
  • 50 g de harina para repostería
  • 10 g de maicena

  • 150 g de nata para montar
  • 35 g de azúcar
  • 200 g de queso crema
  • 60 g de mermelada de fresa

  • Fresa
  • Crema para batir
  • (50g Nata para montar + 5g Azúcar)
  • ganache
  • (20g de nata para montar + 20g de chocolate negro de cobertura)

Instructions

Hoja de pastel:

  1. Poner un bol con los huevos en una olla con agua hervida, agregar el azúcar, la sal y el extracto de vainilla y mezclar.
  2. Continúe revolviendo para elevar la temperatura a unos 40 grados y retírelo de la olla.
  3. Pon en una olla un bol que contiene la leche y la mantequilla y añade el cacao en polvo.
  4. Batir los huevos hasta obtener una fina espuma.
  5. Tamizar la harina y mezclar, luego mezclar la leche, la mantequilla y el cacao en polvo.
  6. Coge un poquito de masa, ponla en un bol y mézclala, luego agrégala a la masa principal y mézclala uniformemente.
  7. Viértalo en una fuente para horno, aplánelo y hornee en el horno a 170 grados durante unos 25 minutos (precalentado a 190 grados).
  8. Después de hornear, sácalo del molde del horno y déjalo enfriar durante unos 15 minutos.

Queso crema:

  1. Agregue azúcar a la crema fresca y bata aproximadamente al 50%.
  2. Agrega el queso crema frío y bate para hacer crema.
  3. Unte una fina capa de mermelada de fresa sobre la bandeja del bizcocho y extienda la crema de queso crema encima.
  4. Aplicar crema espesa al principio, enrollarla y endurecerla en el congelador durante aproximadamente una hora.
  5. Cortar el bizcocho en 7 trozos.
  6. Apila los pasteles con fresas.
  7. Decora con fresas, crema batida y ganache de chocolate.
